Default DE OEM cats on a HR setup

Do the OEM cats from a VQDE setup fit a VQHR OEM exhaust setup?

I wouldnt think so. When i looked to buy test pipes there are 2 different kinds de and hr.

I don't disagree with you but the biggest clue that I found was the same part number per courtesy parts dot com…I will find out for sure tomorrow and post findings

Got underneath the car and the guy I am helping out has a little problem…

after the headers are 2, in series, catalytic converters, smaller than the OEM and they are welded in and permanently attached to the Y pipe

this work was done at 'The Sharpest Ride' a **** show of a used car dealership...
