I've had the injen on for a couple weeks now and wanted to review it after going to the track. First of all installing the intakes is not a walk in the park especially since I live in a apartment where they don't like people working on there cars. After a couple of days I felt the top end pull hard. As far as noise I only really hear them like at 6k and sound sick. This track I go to is doing roll racing to get people from racing on the street. There's this guy with si that is fully built that puts down 250 to the wheels. Fastest all motor si that I have seen run. From a 40 roll he would pull a car and stay like that to 4th gear when I was stock. After the intakes I pulled on him by half a car and I'm intake only . I also raced a nismo 370 with cnt test pipes. From a 40 roll I took him by a car length surprised me I thought they would be faster. Here's the link when we first ran before the intakes . . where is this at? im in ft lauderdale i wouldnt mind taking a drive down there.. i have an 07 with invidia gemini and cnt hfc's. Would be cool to run against you.

 

It's near krome and us27 . It's called county line . There open every other Wednesday . Yeah man we could get some runs in even though I think my clutch is starting to slip. Not a lot of hr go to the track .

 

If your HR wins against the Nismo 370Z, it is probably you are the better driver than the other guy. Because full bolt on with a tune HR can only pull side by side with stock 370Z. And that is the true fact. The other thing it could happen is, the Nismo 370Z with the test pipe does not have a tune, and throw a limp mode which loose power rather than help gain power. That could be the reason 370Z could not pull away. I only believe it when I see it.

 

Lol have you ran a 370z from experience. But anyway I bought a car mount so I can film at the next event and going to dyno my car this week to see what I put down with just the intakes I'm guessing around 270. There was this 370z at the track that ran a genesis 3.8 and lost . So two bad drivers in the nismo and regular 370z lol
