Default R*SR exhaust :)

I installed this bad boy this weekend and I love it. Taking out the stock exhaust took quite a while mainly because the car was not jacked very far off the ground so it was tight getting to all the bolts and more importantly those rubber hangers on the rear were a biatch! AFter getting the stock stuff off the install of the R*SR took like 15 minutes and was very simple. I love the way it looks now, i like the tips. The only thing that i think looks a little funny is the silencers, which i will most likely take off at some point. The car is louder now but suprisingly it doesn't seem loud all the time. Only on start up and very low or very high RPM's do i notice a big difference in sound, but i love it. I find myself going out to drive for no reason just to listen to it. Can't wait till the weather is warm here and i can drive with the windows down.
I'll try and get some pics and maybe a vid or sound clip next time i'm home. Big thanks to Jeff at Evolution for getting me this exhaust!

Is it really that much different without the silencers? They would be out, but when i took them out of the box and took out the bolts one of them slid right out, coudln't get the other one to budge though. Maybe it will loosen up a little after being on the car. I'm gonna try to take them out next time i'm around some tools at home. I really want to see the difference

I just put the rsr exhaust on last weekend. And taking the silencers out make a whole night and day difference. Its sooooo much louder but still sounds great.

My silencer on the driver side tip was stuck in there good. The passenger side just slide out without and force at all. I just got 2 channel locks and clipped one on each of the 2 fins next to each other. Then got a long screw driver and wiggled the pliers back and forth until it finally came out. I got a video of it without the silencer but I dont have a webhost to put it on.

Awesome, i'll have to try that. A ticket for an exhaust is just a non moving violation right?

man, that exhaust sounds great! I bet it sounds better in person. I think I have found the exhaust I have been looking for. Little louder than stock w/ silencers in and then scare everyone when there out! Now just have to save up some $$$.
