I'll post pics when I get off work...
Even if this mod only yields 1hp...was easy and worth it to me. Forget what I mention about cutting it up to look like the manifold posted. After looking into the manifold from the TB side it's all one open piece. You CANNOT trim it down.

I am interested to see how your manifold turned out. I would like to do this, but my car is stock and I probably won't see too much benefit to feel it just driving the car without a tune... I am also not going to spend the money to dyno my car before and after to prove the results.

It went smooth not much to it!
Dremel 4000 with sanding/abrasive ball style head and a nail file is only tools I used. It's pretty straight forward.

Remove intakes
Remove manifold
Remove aluminum runner
With manifold upside down, you'll be placing and removing the runner several times to gauge how much to trim off.
You'll need a flash light to see in and it very tedious!
The scary part is making first contact! After that you'll be grinding way like a pro! As pictured the tip I used is best and doesn't really grind without pressure so it's jar to **** up.
Probably is but initial I thought the HR manifold was similar but it's not! The HR isn't separate horns like the GTR.
I completely forgot to take pictures but it's almost identical to the ones posted...
Funny this comes up, I finally have a spare HR manifold that I am going to do this with, already smoothed all the seams, next is to blend the transitions.
I never dyno my cars, but if someone wanted to do the dyno work, I could send them the ported manifold first and they could keep it for thier trouble as long as I get a stock one back.
