Anyone Have Experience With This Ebay Exhaust? Not the HKS Replica
http://www.ebay.com/itm/03-07-Nissan-350Z-Z33-Fairladyz-T-304-Stainless-Steel-Racing-Catback-Exhaust-Set-/121121149488?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Mode l%3A350Z&hash=item1c33621230&vxp=mtr
I searched but haven't found anything. Plus the fast it has no brand makes it a bit harder.
Anyone have experience?

Yeah, usually if "eBay" is in your title, people are gonna tell you to avoid it. I'm sure there are very very few people running a no-name exhaust like that. At least the HKS knockoff has an identifier like "XO2", kinda like a brand. If you feel like being a guinea pig, go ahead...it's so cheap...

Walkaway man. As a mechanical engineer I dont see how you can buy SS pipes and weld with SS rods and make profit for that price. 6 months down the line you dont want your welds cracking. Simply not worth it. Buy a quality product.

Sounds like I should stay away. Yeah I was just wondering, looking at all my choices for an exhaust *seems now its either a Greddy SP Elite/Megan OE-RS/Used Bassani/Used S-Tune/Washer mod* so just wondering if it was some sort of hidden gem, thanks for the info.

I've bought ebay test pipes and an ebay y pipe before. test pipes were decent, the y pipe was ok as well, but the quality was just not very good. You get what you pay for. I eventually ended up replacing the whole setup with name brand parts which I couldnt be happier with

Reminds me of the guy wanting to install 7 inch wide rims on his Z because they were aftermarket, therefore better. Nissan built a good car. If you're going to replace it with something make sure its actually better!

I actually just ordered a set of "cx racing" headers for under 100 shipped, not because I really wanted them but because I need to take my cats out and the header to car bolts are shot and basically in moveable. i most likely will be swapping them out for different ones when i get some money. ill update with my experience when they get here.
I'm really not expecting much but I would like to be pleasantly surprised, I mean theoretically its just pipes and welds what makes one company different from another although I do know you get what you pay for.

I have that exhaust you referenced above on my 06 base, the brand name is godsnow (yes godsnow not Godspeed) and the hangers and fitment were perfect with the exception of one hanger being to long but I cut it and voila, the welds are pretty decent I'm a hull technician in the navy and looked over them, I have this exhaust and the ebay m2 y pipe on my Z and both are strong still, been running them since December of last year, while I'm sure I'll take hits for this post I can't afford to spend money on better parts so for now I'll take my lashings with a grain of salt and enjoy the sound of my Z
