Default Z1 test pipes

I'm looking at getting a set of Z1 test pipes for my 06 350z. Has anyone had any experiences with them? I did a bit of research and they seem like a good quality product for the money. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

These are the pipes I'm about to buy

I've purchased many Z1 items.All have been outstanding.Never bought
their test pipes but have their HFC's.The fit is spot on.Qualility as good or
better than Berk.Just wondering, you can buy these direct from Z1 for the
same price. If it were me,I'd rather buy direct from the manufacturer if
the deal was the same.Check their website.Maybe AMS would have better shipping
costs?

Never heard much about them. Motordyne art pipes seem to be more popular

Thumbs up Have the 5/16

A plenum spacer is just a wedge of metal(aluminum).I've got the Z1
5/16.Fits perfect. The HP gains are the same as any other spacer.
Why pay extra for the name?Furthermore,if you are doing bolt-ons,
a spacer is just one component of putting a package together that
will give you results that you can actually feel. Its really parts of a
"recipe":intake,spacer,exhaust system,test pipes or HFC's.This are
the traditional bolt -ons.Unless you get a tune after these are installed,
you are not gonna maximize your investment.First, your car will be
running lean.A tune will fix this and much more.

Would you recommend a tune? I only have a nismo cold air intake and nismo catback exhaust. I don't plan on doing anything thing else power related.

AAM, Uprev, or greddy emanage. There are a bunch you would probably be better off going with an AAM ECU flash or the Uprev
