Default Megan HR Y-Pipe fit without removing plastic?

Does anyone have the Megan HR Y-pipe? Does anyone know what years of 350z (is it 03-06 or is it 07-08?) that you have to remove the plastic aero pieces from under the car to get it to fit? I really do not want to remove my aero pieces under the car. Here is a picture below for your reference compared to the OEM HR y-pipe:

Any info will help, thanks!

There are aero deflectors towards the base of the Y pipe, these deflectors are bolted to the underbody and are plastic blade-like looking things.

Is yours bolted up to the factory rear section of the exhaust? Or do you have an aftermarket rear section?

On a 2007 or 2008 there are plastic air deflectors near the Y pipe.. See picture below. Plastic is encircled in red. My question to eveyone is : will I have to remove these to fit the Megan Y-pipe?

Just installed mine today and yes you will have to remove the plastic parts you circled. However, I have a 2004 so I am not sure if they changed the plastic parts you circled for the HR model since the Y-pipe is different. But the megan Y-pipe fits all 350z.
