i just picked up a s tune mid pipe and muffler and im trying to see if i can bolt it to my stock HR y pipe.

isnt the mid pipe inlet 3" and the hr y pipe outlet 2.5?

 

I believe it will bolt up just fine.

I have the S-Tune and I remember researching that the HR Y-Pipe will bolt right up no problems.

I actually sold my stock Y-Pipe to a person who had the same setup as you, never heard back so I am assuming it worked out.

my little brother has that set up on his 08 but also with test pipes, ran 13.1 his first time out untuned on stock tires and open diff lol

Ill try to, im seeing him today so we'll see. Its def raspy but at WOT it screams.
He wants the motordyne XYZ pipe with resonator to get rid of rasp which is exactly what my set up is.
not for long tough long tubes going on Friday
