Default 1/2" spacer under kinetix dyno results

So recently installed a 1/2 blox spacer under my kinetix v+ and installed revup intake cams in my non revup and yesterday I got a retune

Here are results

Did some testing on another dyno with no tuning and it gained 9hp just from the spacer but I don't have dyno results from that day

The timing issue I had was the small pin wasn't holding the gear on good and the timing spun. But it's all good now

Do you need to change any other hardware besides the cams?

Revup Lower plenum extremely shaved
Ported lower collector.
Obx long tubes
Aam 3" y pipe
3" single exhaust
4" intake pipe.

That's it really as far as power mods

Yes after breaking stock cams a few times I am extremely familiar with the VQ. I estimate I could do a cam change start to finish in 3 hours

So what is supporting the plenum? I know the plenum flexes under hard accel, and that's with the small support piece. I thought about doing this, my support piece was melting and I don't want to put that thing near my engine. It just seems like after a while, the plenum will over flex and break since it is not supported in the middle some way.

No support. I shaved the post out a long time ago and the whole plenum is shaved and smoothed and the elbow is ported

my vote is on seeing kinetix porting. and how did you shave down the post? just used a dremel then sanded it flat? also, are you able to fit your strut bar? I put a couple washers on top of my kinetix spacers I got and the strut bar fits with my 1/2" spacer. I also put some washers on the hood mounts too so the bar wasn't knocking the hood.

and to ask again, do you really think that plastic can hold up with no support for very long? I just really think that after a while it'll split somewhere in the middle one day when you punch it. how much was it flexing when doing the dynos? I'm asking again because I might do this. I took it off because that post was melting and getting plastic **** in my intake.

I don't think 2bad240 runs a strut bar.
I have yet to understand his car anyway, is a freak of Nissan car nature.
BTW: How much taller is the Kinetix from the stock upper plenum? Reason I ask is I am trying to see what the main differences are between the 2. I would imagine the height and Tb inlet are to major ones.

Its a lot taller and required a spacer to clear the stock strut bar. It comes with the proper spacer.
