Default G35 air duct into a 350z

I have a JWT pop charger along with a heat shield. I'm not necessarily looking to find a cheap way to boost hp by 10...but I do want to get cooler air to my intake, naturally.

I found an air duct off an G35 for a reasonable price (picture attached) and don't know if it'll work with my Z.

My plan would be to have a lil' DIY project to cut into my heat shield and have this air duct feed my intake with some cooler air. HOWEVER...I know my radiator access would be covered (doesn't bother me as long as the air duct fits).

So my concern is fitting and compatibility.

Any words of wisdom or insight?

If you want cooler air get a stock box.

Yay ricin' out! Laundry duct it is!

...Not really. I'll make do with a pop charger.

stock air box is funtional enough... if you have a de, get an 06 air intake system... and if you must a bumper duct... that is all...
