JWT Popcharger installation question.

JWT Popcharger installation question.
I searched the forum about the installation of popcharger, but none of them answered the question I had.
Well, it might be simple, but since I'm not mechanically inclined, I was confused.
There is a vacuum tube (or snokel as it is called in instruction by JWT) connected to the stock air intake box.
After I took that off to take the stock air box out, what am I supposed to do with it? There is no place on popcharger to put it back on. What does it exactly do? I just left it out unconnected and the car runs perfect. So far, I couldn't find anything wrong, but I just wanna make sure I did it right.
For those of you who installed JWT popcharger, what did you guys do with the vacuum tube? (or snokel)

Of course I'm talking abou the Z...
Oh Crap... Now I see what the problem is...
The snokel or vacuum tube I was talking about is connected to the stock Z tube...
The reason I couldn't find anywhere to hook it up was because I had Injen CAI, and I just decided to use the Injen pipe instead of stock Z tube (I sold it), and Injen CAI had a separate inlet for vacuum hose in front of MAF sensor. (that shiny metal thing)
Since Injen pipe does not have the inlet that hooks up the vacuum hose, and since the inlet provided by Injen is not usuable anymore since I'm using JWT popcharger, I think I'm screwed. Either I buy the stock Z tube back, or have to dump the JWT popcharger and put Injen back in I guess...
Any suggestions for what I should do?
It clearly isn't clever to leave the vacuum hose unconnected right?
Has anybody else used Injen pipe with JWT popcharger other than me?
Since JWT was designed to use in conjunction with stock Z tube, it does not have any inlet for vacuum hose to be connected (it is supposed to connected to stock Z tube)
Crap..What should I do?
