im running test pipes with a catback and the idiot who had my car before cut the ac line instead of just taking the belt off. my question is do you think i should heat wrap my exhaust from the test pipes all the way back until the mufflers start?

not really the answer im looking for lol. im just wondering it cause in the summer time my car gets really hot inside and i had my car plasti dipped white over the summer and it was still hot.

 

Why not fix the a/c?

 

because i need all new lines ac condenser all that stuff beside the compressor

 

I'd start saving my pennies. Life in a Z without a/c isn't going to be nice, and I don't think I've ever felt too much heat through the floor. It's all the glass that will kill you. Too bad your car got hacked up like that. You don't need the OEM lines, as any good a/c shop can custom-make hoses using the old fittings. Hopefully the compressor is OK, but you'll need a new dryer.

 

yea i was just thinking it would cause a good amount of heat cause after market exhaust usually do cause there not shield like stock ones are
