Hey everyone!
I recently had the Magnaflow catback exhaust #16784 installed on my 2008 350. The car is otherwise stock besides the exhaust and a k&n cold air intake. I love the sound but I am looking for a bit more. The vehicle is under warranty so I do not want to go the high flow cats/headers route. I am considering removing the resonator on the exhaust system with hopes that it will get louder. Has anyone done this to this system or a similar cat back system?
Drone doesn’t really bother me but I do want to stay away from an overly raspy noise.

I saw (er, heard) that vid at some point and thought, "uggggh", put the rezzo back on.
But ya, if you consider the job of a resonator (versus a muffler) is to take out irregular, out of phase exhaust pulses, the last thing you want to do is take it out.
