Need Experienced Opinions
I have an 06 revup with the following mods.
Nismo Exhaust
MD Art Pipes
Nismo Headers
MREV2
MD 5/16 spacer
75mm TB
Apexi Drop in Filter
3in Z1 Intake (not installed yet due to not getting tuned until spring)
Cobb Shelf Tune (Stage rder + presently)
So my issue is the MREV2 and spacer does seem to make Tq curve thicker smmother hard to explain but car does not have the snap acceleration it had before install. So what I am trying to decide is to whether stick with MREV2 because my butt dyon is not calibrated and tune will fix all my misgivings. Or go back to revup lower and get tuned in spring with these parts.
Not sure if it matters but car dynoed on a DD with 272 hp/260 tq before 75mm TB, MREV2 and Spacer.
Appreciate your time and opinions

I don't know how Cobb is for our cars you might be better off with Uprev. As far as snappy throttle I can tell you the MREV2 should have more torque than the revup, which should help, I don't know if it was part of the install or a coincidence you noticed it then. On the intake front, if you want snappy throttle avoid the Z1 intake, or any CAI. You lose response, always. Modify the stock air box like Nismo did for the S1/S2 and then add a duct.
[Thanks for replying. I hope to be getting Uprev tune around my birthday in April. As for the intake, that’s a bummer to hear as all I’ve seen is go to the 3 inch would help. Guess I will give the mrev2 some more seat time before I make a determination. I am just wondering now if this part does not mesh with the rest.

No problem, you can move up to 3" easily, that's what the S1 and S2 had I believe. It requires modification of the housing, a bigger bellmouth plate and adapter. Going down to the grille just snipes throttle response unfortunately, I had Z1, now on Injen, both have that trait. Even worse for me since I'm running the Kinetix Velocity manifold, my top end it beautiful tho.
