how does the engine sound with the injen intake? is it a noticibly louder sound? good rapsy? whats? i know with my accord it sounds mean as **** lol...... but thats only when vtec kicks in... i was wonderin if the Z sounds mean also.

 

when you hit the higher rpms like 4000 you hear the intake start to open up...

you hear a fuller sound from the engine bay with the injen...

but with the JWT Pop Charger you get an even bigger sound...
also when you hit the throttle after your foot has been off it you will hear a PSSSSP

 

Injen makes a much nicer sond when you install it as short ram!

I'll put it in Colorado terms.. It makes the same sound as the Avalanche did yesterday against the Flames... loud air rushing sound... the only difference is the Injen doesn't stink up the place...

Sounds similar to stock in the conventional set-up, with the short ram set-up it sounds mean above 5000rpms
