I have an AEM and with the new plenum it feels and sounds better. No dyno though. You can throw a more flowing filter on the AEM and it will probably be equivalent to a pop charger. I think the full intake benefits more on the road than on the dyno.

Hey Chris, if you ever get tired of your engine cover, let me know, its exactly what I need (but not enough $$$ right now).

LOL.. I feel the same way, I am trying to get my credit cards paided off and this is NOT helping.

That good to know with the AEM and you did feel a difference. I am not too worried about it, I have an oversized filter element on my AEM now, and its not rocket science, it should get plenty of air, just think the supercharged Z's get enough air to produce nearly 400rwhp from a similiar sized filter element.

I'm talking about your red engine covers... if you ever get tired of the red in the engine bay or want to change up the color scheme, let me know as I need a set of redline engine covers, but don't have the money to afford new paint right now.

Ooohhhhhh.. I got it now.

Well, I did them myself. I think that the total cost was about $20.00 for paint and prepping tools.

It's definitely a DIY'er. Some aspects were a bit hard as far as masking goes, but I have since learned an easier/better way to do it.
