Just purchased an INJEN CAI...Just curious, does anyone know the AVG HP and TQ Gain on it?

Whatever it is, the power gain isn't much--at least on the dyno. It's the one mod if I had to do over again, I probably wouldn't.

 

Your looking at about 2-5 rwhp. Looks damn good though!

 

2- 5 Rwhp . . . . that's pathetic... Lets hope i didnt waste 300 bucks for nothing, plus ill be getting the borla cat back soon, so both should work welll together...

 

thats why i got the popcharger

plus i dont like the fact that the injen filter is right next to the radiator... alot of heat there, and with the pop charger you dont have to worry about water,AND it has a very nice sound, AAANNNDDD its 100 bucks!

many people feel the same way,but with the injen you get the chrome piping and all that so it depends if your goin for looks or not also. pop charger isnt anything to look at by the way.

 

its not pathetic... the intake system is very well designed on our car...

the G35 guys put the intake tube off a 350z on to their car and they independantly dyno 4-8RWHP for the $75 part... (the tube between your maf and intake plenum...

I think the injen intake filter placement isnt the greatest, plus, the length of the tube is very long so the motor is working a little harder to pull in air from the filter... same with the NISMO / AEM ... this is another reason I think the JWT pop charger makes a little more power in real world driving cituations...
