Yeah, these were a new header out for the Acura TL and Cl's because the only choices were wither crappy **** OBX or way expensive Comptech! Stone was a new alternative. There are fitment issues like the OBX and quality wise probably not that great. Initial reviews were ok. There was reported droning from the headers but most sanded down the inside of the flanges. PITA if you ask me.

FWIW: in the SR20 world, the Stone header is an OBX header. And the OBX header is a clone of the HotShot 5th Gen header.

Michael.

So I take it that these headers are not worth messing with.

Well, if they're a clone of a header that is known to make power, such as the NISMO, then it may be worthwhile.

I know that HotShot is PO'ed at OBX for cloning their Gen 5 design and selling them at half the cost. They have a Gen 6 header for the SR20 that supposed to be even better than the Gen 5 header, but they won't sell it until after it's patented.

Michael.

I tried looking for some dyno's on the header (not very hard), but did'nt find any.

Borla clones. Don't need them, but I would pass anyhow.
