I have the headers and the exhaust on my z . I next put on R/t
cats and they are smaller than the factory cats. The car sounded
better with the factory cats. It pulls harder with the cats as it
drowns out the F 2 stillen supper charger with a sharp tone.
The cats are not a perfect fit as they are too small and my exhuast is hitting a cross menmber on the frame,

That is a really nice exhaust. Build quality looks top notch. I just wish it was a few hundred less and 30 lbs lighter, then I would be running it. The headers look great! Are you doing the install yourself?

The weight isn't that bad, considerring i removed the cats and put in race pipes it should be around same as stock. A few pounds won't make a significant difference, your talking the difference between a 1/4 tank a gas and an 1/8 a tank

As for installing my self, HELL NO - i could do the exhaust but no way i could do the headers. It took the guys almost 6 hours to do them. All kinds of stuff needs to be taken apart to get to the old exhaust manifold and then its a ***** to get them in as well. Nissan leaves little room. I'm glad i did not attempt it.

The guys at 350Zforums.com did a great job installing and was the best price in the entire metroplex (dallas/ft worth)

I'll be posting the install pics once i get my camera back from my friend - it looks awsome though. Sounds great too. Real deap, it gets raspy a little because it's still new but it's going away day by day

The test pipes are causing you to hear raspy tone but unfortunately it won't go away -- just how they sound. Might want to consider resonated pipes.
