Why would I lie. Summit is just about the biggest performance company around. Reno has NOTHING but we do have Summit Racing. The SS headers are only about $100 more.

summit - ok sir they do make them I have a part number I wont beable to get a price until I contact them... here is the part number... blablablablablabla.... no body ever ordered them... they dont list anything at all for these in there book...







weird... so my guess is that you got some guy who had no clue what they were... the price you got is the same price for some of their 4-2-1 headers for honda's... he looked up the part number and it was never sold in the system he is saying... so i have no clue what happend there... as long as you got them for that price you got LUCKY! If they would have told me they had them and for that price I would have bought 10...

maybe there is a mis print in their catalog... if so they are sticking to it just like we would...

It looks like they sold you the set for the price they sell 4-2-1 honda headers for... The time you got yours was when these were first getting out into re-sellers hands... So maybe your sales man just assumed they were going to be that price...

I told you jason. Sometimes with summit they do not show the part in there computer. But if you look up the part on the Manufacturer web site, you can check it on the summit site and find it. Kind of a pain. Anyway Jason, You should have told me you wanted them and I could have brought them to you in a week when you do my clutch and cams.

 

well mine will be here in the next couple of days.. I ordered them...

im sure they will figure out their error and cancel my order... if they dont... they will have them at a much higher price..

well gee whiz. i just ordered me a pair of the ceramic ones too - also for a ship price of $278.90. Unfortunately, they are on back order & will supposedly ship 1st week of June. So, we'll see. I guess I jumped on the bandwagon. Then I'll have to make a trip up to Duarte for Jason's minions to install them for me! :)

 

WP... If they do not deliver... let me know I will help out the best I can...
