I finally installed my Greddy SP2 exhaust on my car.
So I do have to say for the price this is exhaust looks nice. The tone of the exhaust seems quieter than stock on the highway. It does have a nice tone but it does not growl like the RSR GT Mag2 or Apex'i N1 system. It has gotten louder as I put more miles on it... so maybe it just needs to be broken in.
The exhaust is only a muffler. It just replaces the stock muffler. So that means your retain your stock midpipe. This is not a catback system.

I was already at Gardena... for something...I was crusing up around 12pm...on hawthorne.
Very nice muffler and tips. I really like the look! It fills up the semi-circles in the rear bumper very tightly...a nice clean tight fit..perfect!
Bobowah, my Evo2 was about as loud as stock when I first installed it...it definately has gotten louder with more miles...but still not too loud.

EnthusiastZ,
Its hard to describe the sound. The stock sound is more or a raspy sound.
the Greddy I think has more of a refined lower note... I've only put about 50 miles on teh exhaust... I'll give a better impression after about 1000 miles.
The exhaust does have it's moments where is sound really deep and aggressive...

any Y-Pipe would do you good... no ned to replace the whole entire mid=pipe.. you can chop out the resonator if you want.. wont really make a performance difference.. just open up the sound some...
I heard the SP2 is only little louder then the stock ones. I'm planning to get SP2 in 3-4 months if it's not only slightly louder then the stock. (don't really like too loud exhaust)
