I know basically nothing about engine mods on a car except what I have read on these forums. With that in mind, I must ask a question. Of the 3, Crawford Plenum, Kinetix Plenum or DC Headers, which should be the next mods based on what I have listed in my sig? I like the idea of DC headers at $270 + installation. Anyone have extimets of a cost on installation of the headers. Which of these is going to provide the highest gains? As far as a plenum goes, I want to retain my CF engine cover as my OEM strut bar. I know that the Kinetix allows these to be reused. I have also read that a lot of people that have gone F/I have used a Crawford plenum. Will the Kinetix plenum work under F/I applications? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Be prepare to pay a fair amount for the header installation. If you do not have an experienced installer it could take them 6-8 hours with good equipment, maybe longer. This can add up real quick. Either plenum will work, I haven't kept up with how the newer V3 Kinetix is holding up but the previous versions had some cracking issues. The Crawford does require a new strut bar and modification to the engine cover if you want to still use it, but the Crawford is also proven to be reliable and can handle FI. If you every plan on FI, I would go Crawford since its proven and if you go TT you will not need headers. The plenums also help to distribute the A/F more evenly preventing carbon buildup in the front two cylinders which is important for longevity and performance.
Everything zzzya said is good info. But you may have trouble getting the headers at that price. It's probably incorrect. All the vendors got the price wrong at first and some still haven't fixed it. Expect to pay around $450 for ceramic and $600+ for SS.
