Well look at it this way... if you were to get them at the Special summit price $356... and see what the actually price is now ~$650... you can have gotten them installed for about the same as just buying the headers ...

Great deal while it lasted... for all of those in SoCal we can install your headers for you at Street Image.

How much for install? And, is the mechanic "good". I was going to install myself because I don't trust the average hack. But, if the mechanics good, I might have it done.

RCKTDAWG,

The owner of Street Image was the lead engineer for AEM's R&D Department many of his designs are still in use and production today and before that was an engineer for Goodridge (automotive and aerospace plumbing department).

Street Image has gotten number of very favorable reviews from my350z.com members on the SoCal Forum. Also Eric, the owner, installed one of the first Procharger Kits in SoCal on jritoli's car and the car is still running without any problems.

Here are some links to review of our shop.

Street Image also has appear on the front cover of July 2004 Sport Compact Car for the work we did on the HASPORT 455hp EK CIVIC... I know it's a Honda... but we do good work on Nissans, Hondas, Toyotas, SUVS etc.

I'm too late Congrats to everyone who got in it. I had a ceramic DC on a civic Si once, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I know I'm talking apples and oranges, but if the DC is anything like that one many should be quite happy.

P.S. That one header cost me $289 nearly 5 years ago. You guys got a terrific steal!

Summit Racing called my family's house about 1/2 an hour ago wanting to confirm my order. I wasn't there, but I called the number, which didn't work. I just got off the phone through their customer service department to see if pricing (or anything else for that matter) has changed. At first, the headers were suppose to ship by June 11th, but the representative on the phone said that they would arrive at Summit Racing on July 2nd. Did anyone else receive a call?

P.S. I had the guy check the price twice and it remained at $356.95!

Let's just pray that we get them. I made the order for the SS headers about two weeks ago, I get all my stuff from summit if I can. They said they should be in my hands on june 25th. I think it may be a little earlier, i'm keeping my fingers crossed until they come in.

Did they tell you guys they won't charge the card until the parts come in? Or was that just me BC I use their summit card?

My receipt shows $0.00 charged on my CC at this time. I think they charge you when the parts come in...I hope.

It sound like everyone is getting telephonic confirmation. I only received an e-mail confirmation. Should I give them a call?

That's what my order status says too. To say I'm happy to be getting the headers at this price is an understatement.
