PriceWise is Kinetix. Try later and someone will answer. I called them to cancel my order a while back and I had to call back several times to get through. They are in the process of redesign and were tying out new plastic.

"News
We are officially launching our company and brand name "KINETIX". Please help support our push to develop new products and offer quality products at AWESOME prices by spreading the word. We currently will be doing our billing under our company name "Pricewise"."

they are one in the same. Id assume the same people also run a company by that name and share a business account for CC and apparently a phone as well.

Pricewise = Kinetix. They are working on the new V4 plenum. There are about 30 of these things that need to be made for the GB from earlier this month. Not to mention all those that are needing to be replaced from earlier versions. Keep in mind that they supposedly only have 5 or 6 employees. Call them once, let the voice mail/answering machine pick up and then hang. Call back immediately and hopefully they will answer. Thats how I have gotten in touch with them. I dont think they imagined the GB to be as big as it has been and that has kinda put everything up in the air at Kinetix.

Guys,

I have a serious update. I bought my Kinetix test pipes straight from them in Santa Ana. It is a warehouse that has basically nothing in it but a bunch of metal and boxes. There are 2 guys that just stand around and bs all day and make test pipes by the order. When I went there, the phone was also ringing off the hook. I yelled at them and they finally picked up the phone. I told them that I had been trying to get a hold of them because I got lost trying to get to thier shop. They said that they rarely answer the phone because of them being soooo busy (yeah right). Anyway, after I yelled they gave me a good deal of around $175 out the door for the pipes. Also this purchase was done about 4 months ago.....just an fyi for you.

I do know that Kinetix has been working on revamping their new V4 plenum for the last month. They have had a GB with over 30 plenums to fill. I nknow that no one seems to be able to get in touch with them. I do know that they began shipping plenums yesterday; several people in on the GB got tracking info. SOmeone else in another post said to PM ISDUNIQUE, he works for Kinetix.

djbit, I dont believe they are making a run for it. Read my last post. They have been working a lot lately to revise their V3 into the new V4 plenum. Plus they just did a GB that sold over 30 plenums. They are just backed up at the time.

I doubt they are personally modeling or producing the parts, they are the business behind it, but I dont see how ordering a new design with new specifications, or ordering a 3rd party company to produce a mold and parts would make you all that busy and unable to answer a phone.... specially if the recent posts about the phone number being disconnected is true.

I would like to hope they are not making a run for it though, theyve had a strong following. but they should know there only still around by an amazing following based on their excellant customer service, ignoring phone calls, and not responding to this thread is not the way to keep that up. if I had 30x350$, I think giving out a cell phone number is the least of the trouble I could go through...

Jonathan, the V4 plenum will do away with the 2 center support bolts if Im not mistaken. They redesigned that area as 1 of the V4 changes.

Does anyone even have actual proof that they have changed anything in their plenum design from the original version from a structural standpoint?

Now I'm getting a little nervous...I ordered resonated test pipes about 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since...but they had no trouble charging my credit card right away.

Can anyone confirm they're not cashing out? I understand that they're busy with plenums, but how about sending out the test pipes....I don't see how that's connected.

I recieved the v4 plenum this morning. Sorry for the lack of high quality pics. I'm using the sub-par camera built into my cell phone.

Looks like the did do away with the center support screws completely (very interesting). There is a single intergrated center post that's molded into the structure to prevent the piece from collapsing.

That's all for now.

Sometimes business get slammed with everything happening at once, and are understaffed for the volume/sales.
With the Internet, customer wants to get a reply to an email, or someone on the phone right away, when they have a problem.

I assure you, they are not going anywhere, they are just busy, and will respond as soon as they can.
They have a very good track record for customer support.
Hang tight.
