Question resetting ECU with new plenum??

Is it recomended to reset the ECU after fixing an aftermarket plenum"Kenetix"?? Or shall I just leave it to compensate for the change with time??!!

Advice is appreciated

Default ECU Reset

I have installed and removed the plenum several times.. Each time I removed the negative battery terminal for several hours. After each re-install the car was fine..No lights and no loss of performance.

I would recommend resetting and also performing the throttle positioning procedure from the Technosquare website if you unhooked the TB or disconnected the battery.

This is from the service manual.
