Kinetix responded to my emails after the weekend and stuck by their warranty, they have great customer service and def stand by their product.

since this looks to be a FIVE year old thread, Im adding my two cents so people get an idea of improvements made in that time.. if any.... Ill be installing my V4 within a week or two at Intense Motorsports. Purchased thru Vivid Racing...paid on a Wednesday, recvd the plenum at my place on Friday. Very fast. Ill make sure to have the guy who wrenches it give me feedback on the install/fitment/rubbing/cracks etc and post it to this thread. Wish me luck.
