I installed my V4 this past weekend, fit was perfect, deleting the screwed in towers and using an integral post helped in this department also. I think the growl in the V4 is louder than the V3-this is fine w/me, it's a more mechanical/exotic sound. Great product from a great company-that's it.

Can someone please tell me the size of those Coolant Hoses?
or What size fitting will I need to couple the 2 hoses together?

If anybody has a spare coolant block, I would definitely appreciate it if you shoot me a PM!

Thanks a bunch!

(btw, i plan on getting some dyno runs this weekend also! so please help me out!)

No link, but it's really simple. Just go to Home Depot or similar hardware store and go to the plumbing dept and find a brass connector that is the same size as the ones that the hoses connect to on the plenum. If possible an "L" shaped one would work best due to the configuration of the hoses, but a straight one should work also. Just plug each hose onto the sides and make sure that the hose clamps are tight on each hose and that should do it. Pretty straight forward.

lsdunique, you shouldn't have said that.

Now the TROLL is most likely going to use his infinite wisdom and artistic ability to "make draw" of your e-mail server. Most likely with cracks in it.

I put my V4 in last week and haven't had any issues w/it. I have checked for leaks and cracks repeatedly and have found none. I do hear a pssst sound everytime I step on the gas...It sounds like a mini blow off valve. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal? Any idea of what is causing this?

Got mine on Thursday and fitted it today.
Not the easiest of jobs but not to bad to do.
Will run it tomorrow and see what I think then.

Nice job on the paint! I thought about doing that with mine, but with all the flexing it does, I figured it would crack (the paint, not the plenum )

Yes I know what you mean Chris.
I considered leaving it as it was but thought what the heck. If it goes **** up I will have to change my approach.
Interested to know how you get on with the Greddy eMange set up as it is something I am thinking of doing as well.

Steve.

Kinetix I think you guys need to show up in this thread and respond: V4 CRACKED

You need to ease the minds of your current and future customers.
