Default Headers Which set is the best for the $$??

I used the search button but did not find much on headers. or anything on this topic...i was wondering what are the best headers out right now? I've looked at crawford and heard a few good things about them but no real #'s to say...i was wondering if anyone could throw some approx prices and which headers they know of that prove high gains?? thanks again

Ben

for the money... dc headers are great....

if you are going for all out power and you have a looser budget then crawford... They have a nice product.

PM me if you are interested in the dc headers...

i 2nd Bobowah, the DC headers offer the most hp per dollar, Crawford makes the most power, but its double the price of the DC and you arent getting double the power.

I think the new Pro-1 headers will prove to be pretty good for the $$$ when someone actually buys the first set and dynos them - 350zforums.org is selling them now for like $550-600 shipped for a SS header that is a copy of the Fujitsubo header from Japan (that will not first left-hand Z's here in the US)... after I see some numbers, I will be a potential customer...

I would run the Stillen headers. They are the cheapest equal length headers on the market (DC is not equal length). The ceramic coated version runs about $800. You can also get them in stainless for a little more $$. They dyno really good too, 11HP and 18 lbs of torque at the wheels! My number 1 choice.

Headers and racepipes dyno'd 16HP and 20lb/ft torque.
Stillen puts a lot of R&D into their parts so they have a pretty good gain.
