Default More Power from Hi Flow Cats or Resonated Test Pipes?

Like it says in the title, If I am looking for power, will I get more if I put on HF cats or if I put on resonated test pipes or test pipes for that matter.

I have seen different answers over the months on the boards and I wonder if anyone now has a more concrete opinion...

Thanks

RTP over HFC by a couple of horses. The difference is neglible. I'd probably go HFC over RTP just for smog and smell if I had to do it over again. And, I'd go LBMS, Crawford or Kinetix HFC.

Its just a gasoline smell like you get from old muscle cars.

Actualy just smell your exhaust when you first start up your car. You smell gas because the cats havent warmed up and are not functioning yet. With tests it smells like that constantly. I like it. I just hate the sound of non resonated test pipes.

Kinetix resonated test pipes work nicely.

Any test pipe is going to give you more flow than a HF cat...simply because there isn't anything in there except an empty pipe.

The gas smell isn't too bad...just when you start it up...
The sound on the kinetix pipes is pretty good...still a little "raspy" but that should get fixed with a nice exhaust.
