They won't. There's vacuum hoses in the way. Where the 350z are flat the g35 are different and arch up where your supposed to dremel through the plastic. You could try to relocate the hoses but they're kinda hard too. Only thing I think would work would be to get ahold of Z hoses and swap those out but it's be a PITA. Footballmania32 has a black one for sale cause we tried installing it in his G and no luck such a nice intake too

 

Ac lines are what's in the way.
