I've got an polished aluminum Injen Intake for a DE engine. It can function as either a short ram intake or a cold air intake. Had it on my car for about a year before going back to stock. Come with the hydroshield as well to repel water when installed as a cold air.

Intake sounds good and looks good under the hood. Only one flaw which is pictured in the 3rd picture down where my aftermarket hood contacted the intake. It's pretty minor and with some elbow grease, will polish off.

Looking to get $160 picked up (14619) or ~$180 shipped depending on where you live.

Is this the one where you can have the filter pointing horizontaly as well as vertically futher down by the radiator thus getting more cold air than if situated in the engine bay?

 

It does point down in front of the radiator. I think it can be pointed horizontally if you don't use the small aluminum piece but I never tried that, pretty sure it can be done though.
