Yes they will fit Sparco, OMP, Recaro, Bride, etc. Pretty much all major brands.

Are your seats bottom or side mount?

Nope. Comes as pictured with the sliders already bolted to bottom bracket. Just use existing hardware to mount bracket to floor of car.
