Yes, this will fit all model, 2003-2008. There are 2 wires in the back of each LEDs, red and black. Just splice it in the day time running lights on your headlights. Really easy. You are outside of US so I might have to charge extra for shipping. Please PM me for your address so I can get a quote for shipping.

Like OP said, you would connect it to the DRL wires on your headlights. May or may not require cutting of headlight wires to splice depending how how you do it. You could cut the shielding off the headlight wires, pull 'em back and wrap the marker wires around the headlight wires then electrician tape 'em all up.

What you need to buy is 4 of those flat connectors, 2 per side. Also buy 4 of those splice tapper thing seen on the vide.
Crimp the connectors on the end of the red & black wires on the LEDs.
Remove the front bumpers, find the wires for the DRL and splice that in. Then plug in the connector into the splice tapper.
Its a simple wiring, if you can't figure this out then you shouldn't be working on your car

I have the same pair on my '03, just wrapped with vinyl. They each have a + and - wire in the back. Like *ICE* said, pretty simple. Good price too. I paid $50 for mine new.
