Fix for irritating high pitched noise from fuel pump?
I believe I have a fuel pump that's making an ear piercing high pitched electronic noise that is quite annoying inside the car. I'm pretty sure it's the fuel pump because it is quite loud outside of the car by the right rear wheel. I've tested out several other Z's at the dealer and none of them seem to be plagued by the noise as badly as mine. Has anybody else had this problem? Other than keeping the stereo cranked all of the time, does anybody know if there is a solution to this?
It has been quite an enjoyable first three months of ownership, but this noise is now bugging me to no end. If anybody has any feedback on this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

The problem is finding a dealer that will acknowledge the problem. I've already talked to the service department at the dealer that I purchased the car from, but they haven't had any previous experience with this complaint so they told me to call 1-800 NISSAN number who turned around and told me to work with the dealer on this issue so I'm going in circles.
