Grinding noise at slow speed?

When coming to work this morning,I noticed a slight grinding noise.It hapened while I was going slower and when I made a right hand turn. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

It's coming from the front.I just turned 25,000 miles.I think it might be time for brakes. I have not changed them yet.
