Default Performance nissan couldn't fix the problem

well there seems to be some crackling noise in the passenger door it sounds like. i would say that it must be the speakers not being properly grounded. but it only happens when it's cool/cold and when i go around 40+mph. i took it to performance nissan and they told me it was a loose panel...they tightened every bolt but the sound is back. it can get really loud sometimes and quite annoying. does anyone have a solution or probably a fix to this problem?

Does the noise go away when you turn off the radio?

Does it get louder when you crank the radio up?

-- that would lead me to suspect the speakers.

the noise is always persistent with the speaker on or off. i was wondering if it was just some loose panel but performance nissan has already tighted all the panel bolts. maybe it IS a bad ground..? because i am ALMOST positive that it is comming from the passenger side door speaker...
