Unhappy Help: Bought a used 03Z, Missing parts.

I bought a used 350z 2003 a couple weeks ago, and I start to detail the engine a little bit. I realize that I'm missing the covers for the battery, and on the fluid side I'm missing not only the cover but also the housing thing too
My question is, does the dealer have to supply the parts to me, or if not where can I buy these parts??
Heres some pictures of what I'm talking about..

they def. should have been there, but it should be no biggie. if i were u id get some cool carbon fiber covers off the internet(i think they come with a carbon fiber engine cover too), just a lil engine bling . I don't know much about their importance, but i'd get the covers asap because of the heat.
