im guessing that what you ordered isn't what you got, but probably some knockoff, take a picture of the product and contact TopSpeed directly to see if the product is theirs

Please contact me, there is only 1 PRO-1 engine damper that we can get for that price so let me help you sort that out. TopSpeed call Mark 888-8010-0888 if you need proof of product however.
