Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to replace the winshield? The price of aftermarket and OEM?

 

I had mine replaced in Albuquerque for $296, didnt use my insurance, paid it out of my pocket.

 

Is that a factory nissan winshield?

 

It came from a reputable glass repair shop and yes it meets all Nissan standards andus safety standards. I would get on the internet or the yellow pages and find a reputable glass dealer and call them for an estimate. call your nissan dealer and ask them who does there glass work for them. casll your insurance compant and just ask who does there glass work in your area without giving them your name or anything. you should be able to find a good deal that way.

 

Just paid $175 installed for a winshield from safe life. It looks just the like the factory unit. Not bad.

 

I just had mine done today. Elite Autoglass = $200.00. They did it while my car was at the dealership getting free tire alignment. I figured, that way they wouldn't run into any problems putting the headliner back together correctly.

BTW: Nissan OEM glass = ~$695.00
