whinny sound on passenger window roll up...help!

Everytime I roll the window up or down on the passenger side makes this eeeeeeeeeeeeee sound all the way up or going all the way down. Does anyone know how to fix this??? Does it need lubrication or what??

i think the motor is on its way out! mine got stuck in the up position which i was glad, for a while, until a friend put the window down. it never came up after then.
