Would you $$ the dealer?
I have a situation where I bought my G used. Clean car fax report and all that. About 6 months ago the plastic piece that covers the drivers door lock popped off.
I took it to the dealer who originally sold the car a few months later (also the only Infiniti dealer in the area) and they replaced the door handle under warranty. When I took it home I opened the door and the handle got stuck in the open position. As I would close the door it wouldn't latch. I could push the handle down and everything would work.
I took it back a few weeks/ a month later to have them fix that as well as replace the passenger door window motor that didn't go up and down correctly. As they investigated the drivers door handle it turns out the door was a replacement and a body shop had redone the door thus they didn't want to do any work without me paying for it. At some point in time it now looks like someone ground a part of the lock down in order to get the handle to fit at some point.
The dealer wanted me to pay for a new lock and a re-keying saying the door panel was an aftermarket part. I explained that the door panel has nothing to do with the problem and as the tech explained it he even said the problem is the door lock and it has been the problem from day one.
They have agreed to pay it themselves after I explained my father and I bought a new Dinali Suburban and a new Cadillac ESV between the two of us in the past 3 years from the same dealership (Sam Swope in Kentucky). Now I feel a little guilty and think maybe, possibly, I should pay the 200$. What would you do?

Why do you feel guilty? Service prices are largely negotiable. You negotiated the best price possible, and they don't want to lose your business. You made valid points, that they apparently understood, and that's why you didn't pay. It's not like you were deceptive or tried to get over on them. IMHO you should be proud of yourself.
It was an oversight on your part, and I wouldn’t be concerned. What I would do is give the same dealership more of my business in the future. You’ll purge your conscience, and the dealership will soon make up the $200.
