Default electrical impacts

hey folks, im in the market for an impact tool, im going away from air tools because you need an air compressor plus air impact tools are pretty expensive too...i was aiming towards an electrical impact gun, does anyone know a good a reliable one? i noticed dewalt has a pretty good priced one, its $169.99 for the electrical impact gun and a box of sockets. does anyone have experience using an electrical impact gun? thanks

For $170 you can get a compressor and tools.

$69.99 - http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=47407

$69.99 - http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...temnumber=2623

Or if you want something less powerful:

$26.99 - http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=46511

I've got the latter and something like the compressor and both work great for my occasional use.

Good looking out, but neither of those compressors will push either of the impact wrenches you listed. Sure, they'll drive to a point, but come far short of full rated torque.

Yeah, but they end up doing well enough for 90% of the jobs the weekend mechanic will encounter.
