Help me remove my battery
So I'm preping my 05 roadster for it's winter sleep and go to remove the battery. Easier said than done?
The casing around it seems to be held on by very strong clips. Should I just pull on them until they pop, or is there some sort of trick to them? Obviously, I don't want to break the clips.
I know I could just buy a battery safer but it's much cheaper to simply remove the battery and put it in my basement on a piece of wood. It's worked many other years with other cars. Reconnect it in the spring, and pow, it starts on the first turn.

Don't force the clips. If I remember, they are the kind that have a little center plunger that you have to pop it up first then the big outer clip will slide out of the hole. Try a small screwdriver to lift the center pin of the clip.
