Default Brake pressure goes nuts! Please help!

Somehow after 2 weeks of driving I have an unexpected issue. While driving for a while, the brake pressure on my car increases to the level that it engages the brakes. The brake pedal becomes as stiff as it can be, I can not press it at all.
the car does not move foward without releasing the pressure (e.g. by unscrewing fluid inlet bolt on the actuator) so that the pressure is somewhat released (some fluid leaking out).
Any ideas what can be wrong???

Have you had your brakes worked on?
It sounds like they need bleeding.
