HID Pattern
i recently opened up my headlights to change out the amber strip to a clear one. Everything went well no fogging or anything but not my HID pattern is not flat and linear like all the picstures people have posted od their beams. to be honest i dont think they ever really were nice and flat. any suggestions on how to fix this. the pattern currently is kind of blotchy and all over the place. I see the hot spots and all but theres a good amount of light over and around that as well. ill try and get pics up later on.
any suggestions.
is it possible to install the hid bulb upside down is there a certain orientation it should have?
thanks

correct, i have an 03 so its not perfect no mater what i do... but my right one is horrid... there is a huge amount of light projected downward just infront of the car and then some also projects outward but not in a set pattern

but if you know how the bulp is supposed to be seated that would be nice too... on the bulb i have it has a brown tubular wire running above and parallel with the glass itself, does the rotation of the bulb affect the beam... should this wire be at a certian orientation when inserting the bulb?
