Default Problems: brakes, tranny, clutch, rattle

2004.00 Touring/6m/t/ with 27500 miles on it and it has 28800 miles right now.

I am experiencing really loud road noise while driving, my gears kinda grind and it gets kinda difficult putting in gear Tranny Vibration also, a little bit of rattling from interior on the passenger side, and squeeking noise coming from my rear passenger side brakes, also when i bought the car the shift **** was fading a little *meaning the leather kinda wored off*.

What is covered under warranty? What can i fight for? It still has the remaining factory 3/36k bumper to bumper... Just want to know before hand before i make a fool out of myself at the dealership.... I can read the warranty book, but i was hoping someone has experience some of these problems and know what to do or say to them. Brakes will probably won't be cover since it's wear and tear but how about the other stuff.

I will be dropping my car off at nissan on saturday, also buying some parts =P... Please give me some input, I need these problems to go away before my warranty goes away. Thanks in advance.

My interior also rattles, took it to nissan, all they did was spray silicon, which doesnt help. My brakes squeek also, as you said wear and tear, so no warranty. The shift ****, they probably order a new one which you will have to pay for. Dont know about your tranny though.

loud road noise while driving

Haven't the faintest.

my gears kinda grind and it gets kinda difficult putting in gear Tranny Vibration also

Please review the hundreds of related transmission complaints.

a little bit of rattling from interior on the passenger side

Should be a courtesy fix.

and squeeking noise coming from my rear passenger side brakes

Normal wear and tear.

also when i bought the car the shift **** was fading a little *meaning the leather kinda wored off*

Normal wear and tear.

Most likely tire feathering, a common problem. Nissan should replace both front tires if this is the problem.

Dropped my car off today in the a.m., dealer called me up around noon or 1ish, they told me the rattling has been fixed, brakes still have a little life left on them, clutch had been bled, and they will replace my tranny and will be done by tomorrow at noon... I hope it will drive fine afterwards!
