Hey guys,
According to the service manual, there is one SRS ECU for the front airbags and one for the side and curtain airbags. If you unplug the SRS ECU for the curtain and side airbags, will the front SRS ECU still work properly? Im trying to remove my curtain airbags and I don't know what to do in order to keep my front ones working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i really dont know the answer to your question but i really would not mess with it you dont want to have the airbags deploy while your messing with the modules.

 

Thanks for the concern, but the airbags are already removed (except for the front ones) Im just trying to find away to make my system see curtain airbags when they are not there. I have cancel harnesses for the seats, but supposedly no one makes cancel harnesses for curtain airbags. Any ideas?
