I just drove the car out of my garage, i was cruising slowly and shifting before 2500 until the car was warmed up. After it was warmed up, i hit the throttle around %25 way. The SES light came on along with VDC and SLIP lights. The car suddenly went into Fail safe mode, cutting all the power. It doesnt rev higher then 1500rpms. I reset it and start again and the SES is gone. I drove it a few minutes and suddenly the light came on again and the car is in fail safe mode one more time. I had to reset the ecu maybe 10-11 times until i was able to reach the shop that makes the installations on my car. Tried various thing to solve the matter like cleaning the crank position sensor, reseting ecu, dbw procedures but none helped. At the first few times, i was able to drive the car for some time before it happened again but at the end of the day, everything was worse, i wasnt able to drive the car even for a few meters without going into fail safe mode.

I connected a generic scan tool to the car and the codes it threw were : P1446(Vent Control Valve), P0507(Idle speed control system), P1229(Sensor Power Supply).

I've done the idle air controller procedure, TPS procedure etc as well as reseting the ecu.

The car has APS TT kit, test pipes and 3 inch dual exhaust system on it.
I disconnected the unichip and ran the car to see if the problem was unichip based but the problem continues even without the unichip.

I made some research about it and found that poeple solved this problem (or similar problem) by replacing the throttle paddle (which i assume would include the Throttle positioning sensor) or the crank angle sensor (crank position sensor) but i wanted to hear about your ideas before replacing these parts coz my car is out of warranty
Does anyone have any idea about what has happened to my car and how to solve it ?

maybe its sennsing a "fake" slip and decressing engine power? and is yours an 06?
