Default HELP..Dealer is not giving my car back!!

I took my car into the dealership 3 weeks ago because the transmission felt loud and there was a lot of clutter. They said they would look at the issue. History @ this dealership: I had the third gear grind 6 months ago and they replaced my tranny under warranty. They also said that my clutch and flywheel are burnt. I found that very hard to believe since I have been driving stick for over 5 years and never had this problem. The car was only 2.5 years old at the time and only had 26,000 miles on it. I put up an argument but to no avail. They charged me $2,000 to replace the clutch and flywheel but I made them use the Nismo products. 6 months go by, and now i have the clutter noise so i took it in. They ended up replacing the tranny but that didn't solve the issue. They replaced the rear differential, but that didn't solve the issue. They replaced heat shield and that didn't resolve the issue. Now they call me back and are telling me that the clutch and flywheel are burnt and that is causing the issue. This is immpossible. They either sold me a faulty product 6 months ago or they are screwing me again. I told them that i just want the car back and forget everything. I will live with the clutter but they now are telling me that i have to pay to put the tranny back together and if i don't they won't give me my car back. I called NNA yesterday. Should i call a lawyer??? help!!!

thanks

Find Someone That Pactices "Lemon Law" suites. They can help you out..

Actually, Since you keep having the same problem, make a case that you received a Lemon and you could end up with a brand new car and compensation for you losses.

They are smoking crack. If its under warranty and they replaced the tranny under warranty, they have to put it back together again.

If that happened to my, I'd be like " Lock and Load"
