This might be a rare problem. I found two posts that mentioned high-pitched squeaks somewhere on passenger side, but the authors didn't respond to my PMs.
So, here's the problem:
I've only had my Z for three weeks, and after just a few days after purchase it developed a high-pitched squeak in the passenger seat that is heard every time I hit a bump (and there's no shortage of such in Michigan).
At first I couldn't locate the source of it, since it sounded like it's coming from rear right (at first I thought it was the strut brace). Finally, after punching the seat, I could reproduce the squeak.
It goes away if I keep pulling the seat towards myself or pushing it away.
I unzipped the seat cover and examined the seat back frame, which appears intact and has no loose parts.
Does anyone have this annoying problem? Solution to it?

Contact your dealer and ask for a copy of service bulletin NTB02-122
It's a bulletin that offers solutions to various squeaks and rattles on the 350.
There is a good chance your noise may be caused by contact between the passenger-side seat belt latch plate and the B-pillar
PM me with a fax number and I can send it to ya
